VIDEO: LeBron James Gets the Wind Knocked Out of Him After Collision With Daniel Theis
By Will Coleman
Seldom does social media catch wind of a LeBron James snafu on the basketball court, but that's kind of hard to avoid when it comes during a highly-anticipated game on national television. Well, while fighting for a rebound with Daniel Theis, James ended up on the ground after Theis crashed down hard upon him.
It looked like James had all the positioning he needed as he boxed out rookie guard Romeo Langford, but with his eyes looking up at the rim he couldn't see Theis leaping up toward the basket.
On his way back down, James took a hit straight to the chest from Theis' hip and rear. Before James fell onto his side you can see him reach for his stomach in pain, appearing to have had the wind knocked out of him.
LeBron would walk over to the sideline before returning to action moments later.
