LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo Lead the Way as NBA Reveals 2020 All-Star Starters
By Sam Dunn
All-Star Weekend is fast approaching, with the NBA's best and brightest descending on Chicago for a few days of hoop-filled fun. There can't be an All-Star Game without two power-packed rosters, of course, and we now know which 10 superstars will fill out the rosters when the big game tips off on February 16.
Bucks big man and reigning league MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo serves as one of two team captains due to being the Eastern Conference's leading vote-getter. He's joined in the East alongside Joel Embiid, Pascal Siakam, Trae Young, and Kemba Walker.
For the West, LeBron James -- surprise! -- is your captain, flanked by Laker teammate Anthony Davis. James Harden, Luka Doncic, and Kawhi Leonard are your three remaining starters
The West team may have a great deal more star power, but fortunately, this won't be an East vs. West game -- each captain will instead select players one-by-one, schoolyard style, with the starters serving as the mandatory first eight picks before moving onto the reserves.
Mark those calendars, roundball fans -- this high-flying showcase will be low on defense and high on theatrics.
