LeBron James Makes Powerful Statement With Instagram Post in Commentary on Police Brutality

LeBron James is one of the most famous athletes in the world and has also taken part in social justice conversations during his legendary career.
He did this once again Tuesday on Instagram by sharing a post featuring a picture of Colin Kaepernick kneeling. The other side of the picture features yet another example of police brutality against an African-American man in the country by a police officer.
This latest instance of police brutality took place in Minneapolis and resulted in the death of George Floyd. The picture has been circulating and as expected it has drawn plenty of necessary outrage. James using Kaepernick in his post cites the exact reason why the quarterback began kneeling in the first place.

Such a post is going to drive polarizing reactions in the country. That is known. Yet what matters most is drawing attention to constant examples of police brutality and James likely doesn't care about the backlash he could face.
