LeSean McCoy and Sammy Watkins Not at Arrowhead Stadium Early Due to Snow in Kansas City
By Michael Luciano

A classic Midwest December snowstorm is ripping through Kansas City, and that storm has forced Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy and wide receiver Sammy Watkins to get to Arrowhead Stadium late.
Unreal.
My understanding is that several Chiefs players have yet to arrive at Arrowhead. Among them are McCoy and Watkins

The weather in Kansas City is currently awful, as anywhere from 4-6 inches of snow is expected today. The National Weather Service has called for a Winter Storm Warning in Missouri and Kansas. McCoy and Watkins found their pregame travel plans severely hampered by the weather.
While Watkins has struggled since his Week 1 explosion, McCoy could be in for a big day against Denver. Not only is he entrenched as the starting running back with Damien Williams and Darrel Williams both injured, but he is notoriously dominant in snow games.
Despite the snowstorm in KC, all Chiefs players now have arrived at Arrowhead Stadium, per sources. Players who were caught in traffic and in accidents on the way to the stadium did call ahead to Chiefs’ officials, and now all have made it.

Another week, more drama with Kansas City's pre-game arrival. Look forward to next week against the Bears when half the team gets on a flight to Albuquerque instead of Chicago. In all seriousness, thankfully everyone is now at the stadium. This should be a good done.
