LeSean McCoy Says He's Not Ready to Retire But Will Do So as an Eagle

Kansas City Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy could be playing his final game with the team as he is a free agent after the conclusion of the Super Bowl.
He is only 31 years old and appears to have some years left in him. Yet, McCoy has already made the decision about what team he will retire with when the day comes.
#Chiefs RB LeSean McCoy was asked about possibly retiring: “I can still play, so I’m not gonna retire yet, but that day is coming.” McCoy also said that when he does eventually call it a career, he will retire as a Philadelphia Eagle.

McCoy spent six seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles before he was traded to Buffalo after the 2014 season. He was a two-time All-Pro player with the Eagles and led the NFL in rushing during the 2013 season.
Philadelphia is where McCoy became a star and it is fitting for him to retire as a member of the team.
No player on the Eagles has worn No. 25 since LeSean McCoy was traded in 2015. Don't expect another player to wear it again -- unless it's McCoy. https://t.co/5tRXqcSaje

McCoy could even end up returning to the Eagles before his eventual retirement if he and the team can come to an agreement on a deal this offseason.
The Chiefs have not used McCoy all that much this season. That could end up working out for him as he should be fresh enough for one more stint in Philly.
