VIDEO: Long Montage of Awful Mitch Trubisky-Aaron Rodgers Takes Should Help Packers Fans Sleep Well
By Scott Rogust
After the Chicago Bears won the NFC North last season, their fan base felt confident in the abilities of Mitchell Trubisky under center. Less than a calendar year later, it's proven to be a disaster for the Bears. As always, there are plenty of receipts that are kept in the drafts of Twitter accounts, and someone made a highlight video of people rating Trubisky above Aaron Rodgers.
Talk about some overreactions. The amount of hot takes in this video would make Skip Bayless envious.
A one-season sample size is too little to jump the gun and call Mitchell Trubisky better than Aaron Rodgers, a two-time NFL MVP. And those individuals were burned for their overzealous reactions.
With Trubisky again struggling in Week 15, throwing two interceptions in the loss to the Packers, fans in Green Bay can rest easy knowing they still have the NFC North's best quarterback.
Sorry, Bears fans. Despite Trubisky being named to the Pro Bowl last season, he looks far from a franchise quarterback. Anyone who likened him to the level of Rodgers deserves to be called out for their terrible take.
