Believe it or not, Week 5 of college basketball is already here. And with a new week comes major changes in the AP Top 25 Poll.
There's been plenty of movement at the top, as the Top 10 appears totally different. Michigan at No. 4? Duke down to No. 10?

1. Louisville
2. Kansas
3. Maryland
4. Michigan
5. Virginia
6. Ohio State
7. North Carolina
8. Kentucky
9. Gonzaga
10. Duke
Yup, Michigan has moved all the way up to No. 4 after being unranked just last week. Their statement wins against North Carolina and Gonzaga to win the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament earned them a spot as one of the top squads in the country. First-year head coach Juwan Howard is proving to be a sensational hire.

Duke getting dropped all the way from No. 1 to No. 10 sure makes sense. Losing to a team like Stephen F. Austin at home the way they did justified this demotion. Louisville has now taken their place for that top spot and rightfully so.

Lastly, Maryland and Ohio State continue to slowly creep up in these rankings a few spots every week. They're both within the top six, and there's no telling how much higher they can get if they continue their stellar play.
