LSU Student Calls Out Hypocrisy of New Athletic Facilities With Stunning Photo of Damaged Library
By Jerry Trotta

It's no secret that schools like Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, and Oklahoma (among others) demonstrate some sort of bias to their prestigious football programs. After all, that's what drives in revenue, right?
Well, LSU debuted the renovations to its Football Operations Building (FOB) on Sunday, and the upgrade resembles an airport more than it does a locker room. Each player has their own designated bed, for Pete's sake!

As expected, the remodeling didn't sit well with LSU's student body, and one particular student, Cat McKinney, shared a disturbing contrast on Twitter, which compared a shocking photo of the Tigers' library to that of the FOB.

Yeah...we'll go out on a limb and say that the university is prioritizing its football players living in legitimate luxury over the all-important aspect of their campus library, used by all students for term papers, studying, and research, among several other pivotal facets.
The building literally has a puddle of water rotting its floor (and walls) that looks as if it hasn't been tended to in weeks. And peep those empty shelves, folks.

We don't care if this is the very back-end portion of the library, nor if it's the storage room. If LSU can drop millions on a locker room, they can drop a few thousand for a paint job, a new carpet, and the tightening of a few pipes.
The "standard" here is alarmingly and disturbingly hypocritical.
