LSU Quarterback Peter Parrish Hit With Indefinite Suspension
By Scott Rogust

The LSU Tigers are preparing for life without Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Joe Burrow, who has moved on from the school and is bound to be selected first overall by the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL Draft. And on Tuesday, the future of the position in Baton Rogue got even murkier.
Head coach Ed Orgeron revealed that former 4-star recruit Peter Parrish has been suspended indefinitely for "violating team rules."

Parrish had missed the previous two days of spring practice, with many wondering why he wasn't in attendance. As it turns out, Coach O revealed that the quarterback actually hasn't been with the program "for a while" and that he doesn't know when he'll return to team activities.
The redshirt freshman was previously ranked as the No. 11 dual-threat quarterback in the nation and No. 11 overall prospect in Alabama. He arrived in Baton Rouge backing up Burrow and Myles Brennan, who is projected to be the Tigers' starting signal-caller for the 2020 season.

LSU out-dueled plenty of suitors to secure Parrish's services in 2018, but suddenly, his status with the Bayou Bengals football program is in a state of flux.
