Well, this certainly isn't ideal.
The man who was caught shoving Toronto Raptors star Kyle Lowry in Game 3 of the NBA Finals has been identified. His name is Mark Stevens and he's a part owner of the Golden State Warriors.

Stevens, who joined Golden State's ownership team back in 2013, shoved Lowry after he took a spill into the crowd diving for the ball. He was later escorted from the game.
Stevens is also a billionaire venture capitalist who made his fortune with Sequoia Capital.
If Kyle Lowry walked into Mark Stevens’s office and shoved him he would be arrested. https://t.co/BzjB13s6us

It's already unacceptable for rowdy fans to be pushing players, but it's an entirely different issue when a major representative of one team goes out of his way to act like a barbarian.
The issue speaks to the unwinnable situation that players are often put into on the court. They either have to put up with the abuse of the fans or fight back and face the consequences.

Teams across the NBA have acted swiftly in the past to ban fans who crossed the boundary in their interactions with players. The Dubs announced their punishment for Stevens and he won't be able to attend the rest of the NBA Finals, but one has to think more discipline is on the way.
