Mariners lost on the worst walk-off ever

The Seattle Mariners continue to provide their fan base with nightmares. The one on Saturday is sure to haunt them for a while, maybe even months. That's because Seattle was up 4-1 in the bottom of the ninth, but Cleveland tied it up.
Then in the bottom of the 10th, the Indians won on a walk-off. However, the play was nothing short of embarrasing for the AL West club.

How in the world does that happen? That was a simple tapper back to the pitcher, yet the throw sailed and Cleveland was able to win the game. The Mariners haven't been to the playoffs since 2001. It's easy to see why.
