Mariners should make a move to land Juan Soto
Some of the biggest news out there this week has been that the Washington Nationals may be looking to trade superstar slugger Juan Soto. With the two sides failing to come to terms on an agreement - including Soto turning down $440 million - he may not be with the team much longer.
So, where could he land? The Seattle Mariners have been mentioned as a team who could try and trade for him. With the excitement surrounding Julio Rodriguez, landing Soto would turn the city upside down.
Seattle and Jerry Dipoto shouldn't think twice about this. Seattle has a loaded farm system. They need to make things work to land Soto.
