Marlins Literally Haven't Scored Since 7:45 Last Saturday
By Parker White

How bad the Miami Marlins have been to start the 2019 season has been well documented, and it was expected. But even the worst of teams have a few highs.
It hasn't happened for Miami yet, and believe it or not, their offense hasn't scored a run since Saturday at 7:45 against the New York Mets.
Do you remember where you were at about 7:45 pm Eastern last Saturday? That was the last time the Marlins scored a run.

They're 10-31 (.244), which means they've slipped below the Throneberry Line, and have a real chance at ignominy. Article pending @fangraphs
They've only played two full games since then, as Sunday's contest was postponed and they had days off on Monday and Thursday, but it's still crazy that almost a week has transpired since they've touched home plate.
To make this even more laughable, the player to drive in that singular run was pitcher Sandy Alcantara with an RBI double in the third inning.

Last 21 innings: 0 runs
Last 30 innings: 1 run
HRs in May: 1
You can understand why they aren't a good offensive team when you look up and down their lineup, but they can barely scratch runs across and they have zero power. I mean, they've only gone deep one time in the month of May.
How can you not feel bad for manager Don Mattingly, who has to watch this on a nightly basis.
