Just about every MLB team has signed their top draft picks, but there's one club who has yet to get it done.

As I'm sure many of you guessed, it's the Miami Marlins who have yet to come to an agreement with both of their top 50 draft picks, Vanderbilt outfielder JJ Bleday (No. 4 overall pick) and Missouri outfielder Kameron Misner (No. 35 overall pick).

The Marlins are still confident and "hopeful" they'll sign both Bleday and Misner, but the deadline for signing both guys is just a week away.

Bleday's agent is Scott Boras, so you can understand why this is taking forever and coming down to the wire, but Misner's representation is Casey Close, who is the agent and longtime friend of Marlins executive Derek Jeter.

So, why can't they get this done? Maybe the agents involved with these two players are slow-walking this process, but the Marlins are trying to get rid of this stigma that they are a poorly-run franchise, and this isn't helping get that stain off.
