Marshawn Lynch Says He's in Discussions With Seahawks About Possible Return to Seattle
By Mark Powell

If it ain't broke, don't fix it?
That seems to be Marshawn Lynch's approach as it pertains to preparing for every NFL season. The former Cal Golden Bear has flirted with retirement for years now, essentially pulling the Brett Favre of running backs. On Monday night, Lynch told Scott Van Pelt that his agent has been in talks with the Seahawks about a potential return to the Emerald City.
Anyone have a problem with this? Yeah, we didn't think so.

Lynch is one of the best personalities in the NFL, and Pete Carroll has (somehow, someway) gotten the best out of him in Seattle. The culture fits him perfectly, and allows Lynch to flash the qualities that make him a fan favorite.

The Seahawks' running back situation leaves a lot to the imagination, as Chris Carson is the feature back, albeit an oft-injured one, with Rashaad Penny coming on in relief. Seattle also drafted DeeJay Dallas in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
However, there's still room for Lynch to make an impact in goal-line and power back situations. On a cheap price tag, we don't see whats holding these two sides back.
For the sake of Seahawks fans' happiness, make it happen.
