Marshawn Lynch is officially back in the NFL after signing with the Seattle Seahawks on Monday. His presence on the team will provide them with a jolt on offense after Chris Carson and CJ Prosise had their seasons cut short due to injuries.

Lynch was added to the roster to aid Seattle in the postseason, but he will get an opportunity to get his feet wet in their last game of the regular season, as he is expected to play vs. the 49ers this Sunday night.

This is great news for Seahawks' fans who might have been skeptical about giving Beast Mode his first touch in over a year during a win-or-go-home playoff game.

Although he has not played a single down since Week 6 of the 2018 season, Lynch claims that he has been working out in preparation for his return to football.

Furthermore, the 33-year-old running back should be fresh as a daisy since he has not had to endure the brutalities that come with playing in an NFL backfield.

Seattle needs a spark after losing two of their last three matchups. With a home playoff game on the line Sunday, expect to see Lynch in the mix on offense while also being his usual animated self on the sideline.
