VIDEO: Mason Jones Banks in Fadeaway Buzzer-Beating 3-Pointer for Arkansas vs Georgia Tech
By Michael Luciano

Arkansas was just a fraction of a second away from losing their first game of the season under new head coach Eric Musselman, but Mason Jones had other ideas. Jones, who led all scorers with 24 points, banked in a shot with less than half a second left on the clock, giving them a 62-61 win against Georgia Tech in Atlanta.

Jones had 24, while Isaiah Joe and Desi Sills managed 13 and 11 points, respectively. It doesn't look like the loss of Daniel Gafford has bothered the Razorbacks one bit.
Many questioned if Musselman would be able to replicate the success he had at Nevada in the SEC, but a 6-0 start thanks to a ridiculous stroke of luck is a good way to silence the doubters.
Mason Jones just gave Eric Musselman the best Thanksgiving gift he could ask for. Arkansas over Georgia Tech by a point. Good business for the SEC when the Razorbacks are relevant.

Musselman's got a long way to go before his name can be spoken in the same breath as Nolan Richardson, but this is a good way to make the Razorbacks relevant again.
