VIDEO: Beautiful Mason Rudolph TD to Diontae Johnson Ties Game Before Halftime vs Jets
By Michael Luciano
On the last play of the first half against Le'Veon Bell and the New York Jets, Mason Rudolph and the Pittsburgh Steelers finally found paydirt. Rudolph, who relieved Devlin Hodges, uncorked a perfect throw to Johnson, who beat rookie corner Blessuan Austin to the end zone to tie the score up at 10-10 heading into halftime.
Rudolph has energized this Steelers offense after coming in for Hodges, and dropped a dime to Johnson to cap a second quarter that was totally dominated by Pittsburgh.
Thanks, TJ Watt, for flipping the momentum back with your strip sack!
