Former Dodgers outfielder and current free agent Matt Kemp has made his way to Los Angeles and is planning to be in attendance for the first game of the NLDS. Not one to forget where he spent his best years, he's at Chavez Ravine to support his former teammates as they take on the Washington Nationals.

Kemp spent 10 total seasons with the Dodgers, reaching All-Star status three times throughout his 14-year career. The 35-year-old's last MLB appearance was with the Reds, where he played 20 games before being released in July.

This season, the Dodgers are on a quest to win their seventh World Series title and their first since 1988. A championship ring has evaded Kemp, and unless he can squeeze his way onto a contending roster at some point next season -- think Carlos Beltran for the 2017 Astros -- such an honor will remain off his otherwise-impressive resume.

In 2011, Kemp was selected to his first All-Star game and ended up leading the NL in home runs and RBIs while taking home Silver Slugger and Gold Glove awards in addition to the National League's Hank Aaron Award. Though he made a tantalizing case for Comeback Player of the Year last season, the honor ultimately went to Atlanta's Jonny Venters.
