Mecole Hardman Shares Old Photo of Him and Richard Sherman Ahead of Chiefs-49ers Super Bowl Clash

Kansas City Chiefs rookie wide receiver Mecole Hardman can fly, and it seems just about the only one able to keep up with him is Father Time.
As the hype for Super Bowl 54 between the Chiefs and Niners grows, Hardman posted a throwback picture of himself with San Francisco's star cornerback Richard Sherman on Twitter from a meeting between the two over five years ago.

The photo, which stems from back before Hardman's college days, has certainly aged well, with the two now set to line up opposite one another in the Super Bowl. It's hard to imagine either of them foresaw this when snapping that photo all those years ago.

Sherman hasn't forgotten their previous encounter, and responded to the post, congratulating Hardman on his success in his first year as a pro.
Hardman, the speedster from the University of Georgia, has been a fantastic addition to this high powered Chiefs' offense, utilized as the team's primary return man, deep-ball specialist, and jet-sweep ace.
