Meteorologist Suggests Florida State-Boise State Could Be Postponed Due to Weather
By Michael Luciano

Willie Taggart and Florida State were looking to start off their redemption tour against Bryan Harsin and Boise State, but it appears that Mother Nature might have other plans.
Tropical Storm Dorian is projected to become a Category 1 hurricane in the coming days and could get as strong as a Category 3 by Sunday. Dorian is projected to make landfall late on Sunday, which could lead to the season opener in Tallahassee on Saturday being postponed.
Latest #Dorian forecast brings the storm to a Cat 3, landfall likely on Monday.

I don’t think they bring people in to an area where others will be evacuating from, so the #FSU vs #BoiseState game is probably a PPD.

“It is too soon to make any decisions, but when they are made, the safety of the student-athletes and the fans attending the game will, as always, be the top priority," said Florida State AD David Coburn.
This would be the second straight game in which the weather could prevent Harsin's Broncos from playing, as their First Responder Bowl matchup against Boston College was called off due to lightning in the area last winter.

While Boise State arrived in Jacksonville on Thursday, implying that they could squeeze this game in on Friday before the storm hits, the forecast isn't looking great for Florida State.
