How to Live Stream the Game
The matchup will be televised on SNY and Fox Sports South at 7:20 p.m. ET. Further streams can be found on the MLB Streams subreddit.
The Mets enter this one coming off a 4-3 loss against the St. Louis Cardinals in the last game of their four-game series. Pitcher Zack Wheeler (5-4) will get the start and look to rebound from his last start against the New York Yankees, where he allowed five earned runs in just 4.2 innings. Wheeler has gotten off to a rocky start in the month of June, posting a 6.17 ERA in 11.2 innings.
Mets Lineup
The Mets will deploy Jeff McNeil at the leadoff spot, with Pete Alonso and Robinson Cano backing him up.
With Mike Soroka on the mound, Wheeler may struggle to get offense out of this Mets lineup.
Braves Lineup
On the side for the Braves, they enter this game winners of nine of their last ten games, including a recent series win against their division rivals in the Philadelphia Phillies.
Freddie Freeman will be one to watch for in this one, as he's 10-for-20 in his career against Wheeler, with three doubles and two homers.
The Braves have been fantastic in the first half of the season, posting the sixth-most runs (386) and the 10th-best ERA (4.22). Soroka (7-1) will get the start on the mound Monday night, as he looks to rebound from his last start, where he allowed five runs in five innings against the Pittsburgh Pirates. He's been completely dominant this season, posting a 1.92 ERA with a 60:18 K:BB ratio in 70.1 innings.
Atlanta would sure love to keep their winning way up in a divisional showdown against the Mets, and with Soroka pitching, there's a huge chance that will happen.
