Mets Lineup

The Mets and hot-hitting Todd Frazier will look to slug their way past the Yankees in the Bronx. Frazier has been one of the Mets best hitters of late, batting .333 over the past week. The Todd-father has cracked two homers and has drove in seven in that span.

Toeing the rubber for the Mets is lefty Jason Vargas. The southpaw is 2-3 on the year with a 3.57 ERA. Vargas threw a shutout in his last start against the Giants.

Yankees Lineup

Didi Gregorius makes his season debut at Yankee Stadium tonight as he will bat sixth in the Yankees lineup. Gio Urshela will receive the night off as DJ LeMahieu will get the start at third base this evening. Boone will go with speed at the end of his lineup with Cameron Maybin and Brett Gardner rounding things out.

Pitching for the Yankees Monday night is Masahiro Tanaka. After missing Sunday's scheduled start due to being placed on paternity leave, Tanaka will take the ball in search of his fourth win of the season. He is 3-5 with a 3.42 ERA so far.
