The NFL's latest update on jersey sales would suggest he can rest easy knowing fans are already stoked about his arrival.

The Alabama star is topping the official NFL Shop's sales for the Dolphins' home jerseys -- and his No. 1 away jersey is the third-best seller overall. No matter what he does from here on out, it seems he's dominating early in the anticipation department.

The Dolphins had only drafted four first-round quarterbacks in their history before Tagovailoa, and two of them are in the Hall of Fame now. It's only natural for Dolphins fans to get excited for a highly-rated prospect like him. So far, so good.

Tagovailoa has won a national championship and racked up 7,442 yards in his college career. He's got the skills to get Miami out of a rut, and the faithful are clearly backing him to do so.
