Mark Dantonio and the Michigan State Spartans needed a big play if they wanted to prevent Jamie Newman and Wake Forest from running away with the Pinstripe Bowl, and defensive lineman Mike Panasiuk answered the call. The senior intercepted Newman off of a crazy deflection, then rumbled his way into the end zone for a Spartans touchdown.

Michigan State might have some horrible quarterback play that makes them one of the most sluggish teams in college football, but they always stay in games thanks to their defense forcing improbable turnovers like that.
