Michigan State working on massive extension for Mel Tucker

With No. 7 Michigan State all set to take on No. 5 Ohio State this weekend, some massive news has come out of East Lansing before that opening kickoff. It's an update that sure is huge for the coaching circles.

That's because the Detroit Free Press is reporting that the university is finalizing a 10-year extension with Mel Tucker. Oh, and it'd be for $95 million. Wow.

Michigan State is in the middle of an incredible season, which has been highlighted by the upset win over Michigan in late October. Now, they'll look to make things even sweeter with a win over Ohio State. Win or lose, Tucker is about to become an even richer man.
