Vanderbilt is 57-11 on the year and is 8-1 in the tournament. In those nine games played, the Commodores have outscored their opponents by a 26-run margin.

Vanderbilt has been led by the pitching of breakout star Kumar Rocker. What makes it even more impressive is Rocker is still a freshman. Rocker has posted a 3.38 ERA while striking out 103 batters in 93 1/3 innings.
