Mike Leach is Tweeting About Bigfoot So it Must Be College Football Season
By Sean Facey

Mike Leach isn't shy about his opinions. He's been more than willing to opine on a wide variety of weird topics ranging from aliens all the way down to Bigfoot.
With that being said, we hadn't heard anything strange from the Washington State head coach in quite some time, but his recent tweet about Sasquatch served as a friendly reminder that both he and college football are back.

The tweet also poked at the younger generation for being on their phones too much, so the 58-year-old managed to kill two birds with one stone in his latest "old man yelling at clouds" display.
But for however strange his love of conspiracies may be, Leach has done a solid job serving as the head coach of the Cougars. He's gone 49-40 since taking over the program in 2012, winning two bowl games in the process.
This hilarious @JaysonJenks story talking to former Wazzu QBs about what goes on inside Mike Leach’s meeting rooms will have you wondering how they ever win a game. https://t.co/ENrESAdQTt

He has quite the task ahead of him in 2019. Expectations are high for Washington State this year. They're coming off of an 11-2 season that they capped off with a win over Iowa State in the Alamo Bowl.
Hopefully his Sasquatch enthusiasm doesn't distract him too much in the season opener two weeks from now. He's got a talented roster and a major shot at making some real noise in the Pac-12 this year.
