Starkville, Miss. isn't the most renowned party location in the United States, and it won't be your first destination for tons of excitement or night-life. Nonetheless, if it's the location where your newest job and life's journey's is going to be taking place, we'd think you'd show a little bit more excitement to be there. That's not the case with Mississippi State's newest hire Mike Leach. Video surfaced of Leach getting off a plane upon his first arrival in town, and despite the festive environment provided for him by cheerleaders and the Bulldog band, Leach looked none too happy to be there.

Perhaps jetlag got the best of him, but maybe Leach really is regretting his decision after all. We'd hope, for Leach's sake and the Bulldog faithful, that it's the former.

Leach signed on to be Mississippi State's head coach on Jan. 9 after seven years at Washington State, and nine at Texas Tech. He won a Woody Hayes trophy at Tech in 2008, and was a two-time Pac-12 Coach of the Year at Washington State. Next season will be his first as part of the SEC.
