Mike McCarthy to miss TNF after testing positive for COVID

The Dallas Cowboys have had a really tough month in terms of injuries and guys testing positive for COVID. Well, you can add head coach Mike McCarthy to the list, as it was revealed on Monday that he himself has tested positive.

Because of this and the NFL protocols, McCarthy is now set to miss the Thursday Night Football action going up against New Orleans Saints.

Just brutal for Dallas. No one has forgotten about Amari Cooper missing back-to-back games due to COVID. Now, McCarthy will hope that his players will be able to get the job done without him in primetime.
