VIDEO: Minor League Baseball Team's Official High-Fiver Figures Out New Job in Excellent Clip

With the new health guidelines surrounding MLB being drawn up as we speak, everyone from the clubhouse on down is being affected. One of the new rules in place outlawing high-fives looked like it could put a member of the Savannah Bananas organization’s job in jeopardy, but the official high-fiver for the minor-league squad found a way to keep his job.
With no high-fives allowed, there was only one way for the young Colton to keep his job: the air-five. Smart kid.
Colton even showed what his new job would look like with members of the front office, which has fans excited for his next chapter.
The authority of putting his feet up on the desk as he showed off his new idea was spectacular. The innovation of finding a way to keep his job was even better.
During a tough time for minor-league baseball, featuring unparalleled waves of releases, furloughs, and creative solutions while the game is on pause (stadium Airbnb, anyone?), it's nice to see a team have some good-natured fun.
The Savannah Bananas expect big things from their official air-five guy, and we can see why.
