VIDEO: Eagles' Miracle at the Meadowlands and Philly Special Voted Among NFL's 25 Greatest Plays
By Jerry Trotta

On Friday, NFL Network debuted "NFL 100 Greatest," to honor the league's centennial season celebration by featuring its top 100 plays in its history. Coming in at No.23 was the Philadelphia Eagles immortal "Miracle at the Meadowlands" versus the New York Giants when defensive back Herm Edwards scooped and scored a fumble in the final seconds to seal an improbable comeback victory for the green birds.

If you're wondering why the Eagles' comeback odds were so insurmountable, it's because the G-Men were leading and had the ball with the chance to run out the clock by taking a knee. They didn't and Joe Pisarcik botched a handoff attempt to Larry Csonka.
Not to be outdone, however, is the ol' Philly Special.
The @Eagles originally drew up the Philly Special for the NFC Championship. Instead, @NickFoles called it in #SBLII... and the rest is history. #FlyEaglesFly

Burton to Foles. The stuff chef kisses were made of. The NFL's panel of voters decided that this incredible moment from Philly's Super Bowl LII victory is the 10th-greatest play ever.
Hard to argue. You know exactly where you were when that one went down.
