VIDEO: Mizzou Coach Loses His Damn Mind After Beating Out Alabama and Texas for Recruit

There's nothing like winning a major recruiting battle to land one of your top targets. For Missouri and head coach Eliah Drinkwitz, though, they don't usually win their fights with college powerhouses like Alabama and Texas. On Wednesday's National Signing Day, that changed, as cornerback Ennis Rakestraw stunned us all and picked the Tigers. As soon as the CB announced his decision, Drinkwitz absolutely lost it.

That man is FIRED up. You can't blame him for having this reaction. On paper, you'd assume the 3-star prospect from Duncanville, Texas would have either stayed home to play for the Longhorns in Austin, or make the move to Alabama to play for Nick Saban.
However, Rakestraw made it clear Missouri was there with him from the start, which ultimately led to them receiving his National Letter of Intent.

A monster get for Mizzou, while things only went from bad to worse for Alabama on NSD. On top of missing out on Rakestraw, they also lost the No. 1 recruiting class title to Georgia. A rough day indeed for Nick Saban and his staff.
