The MLB regular season is finally over and we can turn our attention to the playoffs. It's great, but you know what would be even better? If the start times for the division series' in both leagues were revealed.

Any reason why this hasn't happened?

Yes, the Wild Card Games haven't been played yet, but it's not like we don't know where Game 1 will be played in every series. Whoever wins the WC games will go to Houston or Los Angeles, period.

It appears that MLB wants to know the matchups first so they can plan out which games are during the day and which are in primetime at night, but for those who have tickets, it would be great to know when these start so people can plan accordingly.

After all, does it really matter which teams advance? It's doubtful their presence in the division series will have a significant impact on the TV slots they're placed in.
