MMA Fighter Bryce Mitchell Has Savage Insult for Floyd Mayweather When Talking About Possible Bout
By Andy Loughmiller
Combat sports are known for trash talk, and those who participate in MMA might be the loudest of them all. Bryce "Thug Nasty" Mitchell is no exception.
The 25-year-old has claimed that he would like to fight boxing legend Floyd Mayweather, saying that he would hit him so hard that the undefeated champ will "wake up and be able to read a book."
Shots. Fired. Taking a page out of 50 Cents book...not bad.
However, it's clear this hasn't proven to be a successful tactic at getting inside Mayweather's head, considering he is 50-0 in his fighting career.
As for Mitchell, he just completed one of the best submissions in recent memory when he pulled off just the second ever twister Saturday night while fighting Matt Sayles. The 12-0 mixed martial artist is riding high after his latest victory.
Despite the speculation of Mayweather having difficulty reading, he's still a smart man. He's not going to let some youngster he's probably never heard of bait him into setting up a fight. He wants a big ticket so he can cash out once again.
The undefeated boxer's last fight was in August of 2017 against Conor McGregor. However, he did announce in November that he would be coming out of retirement in 2020.
