VIDEO: Hilarious Montage Compares Yankees' Offseason Workouts to Alex Bregman's
By Scott Rogust

The New York Yankees' "Quest for 28" is in its 11th year of existence, but the team is perhaps more motivated than ever. After losing to the ALCS to the Houston Astros, the Yankees found their ace, Gerrit Cole, and subsequently set the tone that they're not to be messed with in 2020. In fact, a number of Yankee players spent their respective offseasons in the gym to get those gains and work towards a World Series title. Then, there's Astros third baseman Alex Bregman, who spent his offseason time... on TikTok?

As if we didn't hate TikTok enough already.
But look, we get it. Bregman has had a hellish offseason. The Astros lost to the Washington Nationals in the World Series, and then were found guilty of illegally stealing signs throughout their 2017 championship campaign, solidifying the already cocky third baseman's status as a nearly universally-hated MLB player.
So, he decided to let off some steam by performing cringeworthy dances on a polarizing social media network. Cool.
Alex Bregman thought he could avoid the drama by participating in tiktok dance challenges with a 15-year-old influencer but alas pic.twitter.com/DOY4CgqNk3

Bregman surely thought a TikTok a day could keep the haters away. Sorry, Alex, your detractors now have even more ammunition to use against you.
