VIDEO: Montage of Packers Wide Receivers Dropping Passes Further Proves How Aaron Rodgers Keeps Getting Screwed
By Scott Rogust

The 2019 Green Bay Packers finally have a stout defense for arguably the first time since winning Super Bowl XLV. While the Packers dominated opposing offenses, they had one glaring weakness that, quite frankly, cost them additional wins. Of course, we're talking about Green Bay's receiving corps, which suffered from a bad case of the drops. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers would throw perfect strikes to his targets, but they just couldn't secure the pass. We've seen video evidence of this before, but now, we've received additional footage to further show that the Packers have done a terrible job of giving Rodgers quality receiving options.
Aaron Rodgers' receivers cost him at least 648 yards last season because of drops. The average for qualifying quarterbacks was 282 and the second-placed quarterback had only 507. pic.twitter.com/UCkG2iYXpM

You read that caption right. Rodgers would have had nearly 650 additional passing yards last year if his targets didn't have a season-long case of the yips.
Davante Adams was Rodgers' lone, consistent pass-catching option on that Packers team, while Equanimeous St. Brown, Geronimo Allison, Allen Lazard and Marquez Valdes-Scantling struggled.
I pray to god that the packers draft a receiver this is just an absurd stat https://t.co/tFSdJqEzB6

Many NFL Draft experts believe the Packers will address the position with their first-round selection on Thursday night. Unless it's Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs, or CeeDee Lamb, Green Bay will be taking a chance on a relatively unproven wideout, despite the depth of this draft's wide receiver class.
Matt LaFleur better hope this pick works out.
