More Distubing Details Emerge From Arrest of Pirates Pitcher Felipe Vazquez

This is as disturbing as it gets regarding one of the best relief pitchers in the sport.
According to ESPN insider Jeff Passan, Pittsburgh Pirates closer Felipe Vazquez has been arrested and charged with one count of computer pornography, solicitation of a child and one count of providing obscene material to minors.

As awful as that is, it gets worse.
Law enforcement down in Florida have been investigating this matter since August, as they obtained information that Vazquez was having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old female.The victim is now 15 years old and continued to have a relationship with Vazquez, who said in a text message that suggested he would meet for sex with her following the baseball season.

While the Pirates and Major League Baseball are expected to come down hard on Vazquez, he's been placed on administrative leave for now.

Obviously, this is a terrible look for Vazquez and the Pirates. We'll have to wait and see what the team ultimately decides to do with him.
