Nationals TV Affiliate Destroys Reds' Trevor Bauer on Twitter After Horrific Outing in DC

"Ladies and gentlemen, we got him," had to be the feeling the person behind the @masnNationals tweet once he saw the Nationals light up Trevor Bauer.

Bauer is known for his Twitter antics and the Nationals had some fun at his expense, on the field and via social media. They dropped nine runs on the Reds' new ace and added insult to injury by using his Twitter handle against him.

Surprisingly, Bauer did not end up heaving the ball over the center field fence the same way he did at Kauffman Stadium once he was removed from the game. Too many balls left the yard for him to waste another, right?

The MASN Nationals Twitter wasn't done yet with their barrage on Bauer either. It was impossible for them to pass up the opportunity to use him chucking the ball over the center field fence.

Ouch. Could this turn into a Twitter war after the game?

Bauer hit the showers early, so it's not out of the realm of possibility he's been checking Twitter ever since.
