Nationals Lineup

Mets Lineup

It was his first appearance since going on the 10-day injured list with a forearm strain, so look for Matz to go longer on Thursday.

After Thursday, the Mets stay home for a three-game interleague series against the Tigers. Meanwhile, Washington returns home for a four-game series against the Marlins, with currently-last-place (yet red hot, winners of five straight) Miami trying to chase the Nationals into the bottom of the NL East.
