NBA Fan Reportedly Stabbed Girlfriend's 20-Year-Old Son in Argument About Warriors-Raptors Game 3

Some scary news out of Pontiac, Mich. After the Warriors loss to the Raptors in Game 3 of the NBA Finals, a Pontiac man reportedly got into an altercation with the 20-year-old son of his girlfriend. When things escalated, the suspect, a 31-year-old male, allegedly stabbed the victim with a knife.
By the time law enforcement arrived on the scene, the victim had already been transported to the hospital by a family member, per WXYZ Detroit.
The suspect is reportedly on the run and law enforcement has been unsuccessful in locating him, as K-9 units failed to track him down.
Witnesses to the incident claim that the two men got into a heated altercation which turned into a fist fight. They state that the 31-year-old man then retreated to the house, before returning with a knife he had grabbed from a bedroom.
Police deputies reported that the victim is suffering from deep lacerations to his face and forearm, though no further details on his condition were revealed.
We're holding out hope that the victim makes a speedy recovery, and that law enforcement is able to locate and hand justice to the suspect.
