Nelson Agholor Wrestling With Knee Injury Doesn't Bode Well for Eagles WR Corps
By Scott Rogust

The Philadelphia Eagles' wide receiver corps has been hit by football's version of the plague. After the team's win over the New York Giants, they were down to just one healthy receiver in Greg Ward Jr.
Nelson Agholor has been battling with a knee injury throughout the season and, when speaking with the media on Wednesday, said he's "at a stalemate" in regards to a return to the field.

Agholor's knee issues stem from Philadelphia's Week 6 game against the Minnesota Vikings. He played through the injury in the team's next three games against the Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Chicago Bears, but the injury flared up in Week 11 against the New England Patriots, causing him to miss the team's next game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Even after playing in full against the Miami Dolphins, Agholor was kept out of the game against the Giants.

This certainly doesn't bode well for Agholor's status for this weekend against the Washington Redskins. The Eagles have already lost starters Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson for the season, with Ward and JJ Arcega-Whiteside as the only receivers remaining on the active roster.
With the NFC East title hanging in the balance, the Eagles will have to find adequate replacements, and quickly.
