The Blue Jays young corps is taking the league by storm during the final months of the MLB season, and that's coincided with the call-up of one Bo Bichette.

As the son of long time big leaguer Dante Bichette, Bo may have gotten his dad's talent, but developed his toughness on his own.

Just three years ago, at age 18, Bichette played baseball with a ruptured appendix he did not even know about at the time.

Bichette played through his season without being diagnosed with the appendix issue. Doctors just wrote it off as a typical stomach virus. A week following the stomach virus claims they found the ruptured appendix, which could have ended his life.

That is where this story gets crazy. When an appendix ruptures, poisons are release into the body which can kill someone. Bichette shocked the doctors when he did not even need a week in the hospital to completely recover.

If this young kid can survive a near-death experience with a medical miracle, there is not a single fastball that can intimidate this young star. Bichette is hitting .333 with five home runs and a 1.027 OPS in 20 games.
