Chargers Changed Their Logo Very Slightly and Everyone is Confused
By Brendan Balsamo

After the reveal of the Los Angeles Rams' new logo this week, the team has been continuously trolled on social media for how bad it is. In fact, it looks more like a Los Angeles Chargers logo than a Rams logo.
The Chargers might have realized that, so in order to separate themselves even further fom their LA counterparts, they made changes to their own logo. However, no one knows exactly what it is that they changed.

Many on Twitter are responding to the logo "change" with confusion, as well as some comical comparisons.
Dawg don't you see that squiggle

Others are insistent that nothing actually changed, and that this is some kind of bizarre social experiment.
It’s the same logo

The comparisons are hysterical. One fan compared this "new" bolt to Harry Potter's forehead scar:
Aw they added a little Harry Potter scar to the A

Another compared it to how minimally the Japanese flag was changed in 1999:

All the team did was remove the navy blue that formerly outlined their lightning bolt logo. It's deservedly taking some jabs online, because if you're not looking at new an old side by side, you stand little chance of noticing any difference at all.
Overall, it's just a confusing and unnecessary change by the Chargers.
