New Mel Kiper Mock Draft has C.J. Stroud going No. 1 overall

With the NFL Draft a little over a month away, the Carolina Panthers are on the clock. After trading up with the Chicago Bears for the No. 1 overall pick, the NFC South side is no question going to rock with a franchise QB at the top. So, who will they go with?
In his latest NFL Mock Draft, ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. has Carolina taking star Ohio State signal-caller C.J. Stroud. Would this be a bit of a surprise if it were to go down?

While Stroud is no question a stud, a lot of people have assumed for a while that Bryce Young would be the top pick. Soon enough, we'll see who the Panthers decide to rock with.
