New Ridiculous Details Emerge From Antonio Brown and Mike Mayock's Practice Altercation
By Karl Rasmussen

The Oakland Raiders reportedly have plans to suspend star wide receiver Antonio Brown following a series of offseason issues. Not only did the wideout miss practices, but he got into a heated altercation with GM Mike Mayock after Brown posted a photo of the fines he received from the team on Instagram. AB reportedly had to be restrained from Mayock, and now some new and absurd details into the heated nature of the altercation have been revealed to the world.
Per Ian Rapoport, AB and Mayock got involved in a screaming match, during which Brown threatened to punch the GM in the face, before proceeding to punt a football down field and saying to Mayock, "fine me for that."
More on #Raiders WR Antonio Brown and Mike Mayock yesterday: It did not get physical, sources say. But after a screaming match, Brown told Mayock that he would hit him in the face and then punted the ball… and said, Fine me for that. ???

So it looks like Brown's childish antics haven't magically disappeared over night. Big surprise. Oh, and the one to step in and prevent Brown from going even more nuts with Vontaze Burfict?
One of the players holding Antonio Brown back from the near-altercation with GM Mike Mayock was ... Vontaze Burfict.

Mayock was rightfully displeased with Brown's decision to put the team on blast and post his fine on his Instagram story, and their altercation seems as if it may have been the final straw.
Multiple reports suggest the team are exploring options to suspend and possibly even cut the 31-year-old receiver.
and then release him and then they would owe him nothing in terms of guaranteed money. The Raiders in all likelihood would try to recoup their $1,000,000 signing bonus as well.

Brown stands to lose an exorbitant amount of money if he gets cut or even suspended by Oakland. He's due to make more than $29 million in contract guarantees, but all of that money could be wiped away due to his inability to control his temper.
Maybe next time he should try to air out his grievances like a man, rather than attempt to get involved in a bout of fisticuffs with the team's general manager.
