New Seahawks RB Robert Turbin Might Be Even More Jacked Than DK Metcalf
By Scott Rogust
The Seattle Seahawks were dealt a significant blow to their offense following their Week 16 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. Running backs Chris Carson and CJ Prosise were ruled out for the remainder of the season due to a hip injury and broken arm, respectively.
In order to compensate for those losses, the Seahawks brought back a familiar face in Robert Turbin. As it turns out, Turbin quite possibly could be more jacked than rookie receiver DK Metcalf.
Just look at Turbin's biceps. You think Metcalf will ask Turbin for some workout regimens at the Seahawks facility? Hell, we might have to shoot him a DM for gym tips.
Turbin and his muscles could be just what the Seahawks need heading into their pivotal Week 17 game against the vaunted San Francisco 49ers defense. Turbin is a powerhouse back who can do some damage up the middle of the line of scrimmage.
He might not be the only running back having a reunion with Seattle. Marshawn "Beast Mode" Lynch is awaiting the results of a physical and could very well sign a deal with the Seahawks in the next day or so.
With the NFC West and No. 1 seed in the playoffs on the line, the Seattle Seahawks look to outmuscle the San Francisco 49ers. Having Metcalf and Turbin on the field at the same time can certainly help.
