The Tyreek Hill saga continues prior to the NFL recommending any sort of punishment, as an extended audio version of an argument between Hill and his fiancee, Crystal Espinal, has been released. Amid other things, Hill is heard getting verbally combative with Espinal surrounding the 2014 incident where Hill initially pled guilty to domestic abuse.

In this new audio, he claims she misled investigators.

Take a look at the transcript of the recording from Yahoo!'s Terez A. Paylor:

“... You ruined my life and you lied on me in 2014, bro,” Hill said. And if you want to rewind that night we can rewind that night too, [expletive]. You was in my house. And did I pick you up and slam you? Hell no, I picked you up and put you out my door and after that you left. And on my son you did that, bro. And then then you get in the courtroom you want to sit up there and cry on the stand. ‘He hit me, he hit me.’ Man, come on bro.”

“Then where did the bruises come from, Tyreek?” Espinal asked.

“Did I hit you? Did I hit you, though?” Hill replied.

“I’m asking you where did the bruises come from,” Espinal said.

“Did I hit you? Tell me the truth in my eyes right now. Look at me,” Hill said.

“We’re not thinking about that,” Espinal said. “Right now the issue is [our son].”

So, did Hill's fiancee lie about the domestic abuse allegation that Hill pled guilty to? Based on the transcript, he's very much trying to lead the conversation in that direction.

Hill was suspended by the Kansas City Chiefs from all team activities following the original audio leaks that followed the investigation of the potential child abuse of his three-year-old son.

The child abuse case was reopened, and Hill did not face any criminal charges, though he remains away from the team officially. The NFL has yet to rule on further discipline.
