After breaking the bank to keep Jimmy Garoppolo in town, things have been going sensational for John Lynch and the San Francisco 49ers. They've built quite the roster -- one that got them to the Super Bowl last season against the Chiefs.

While Lynch has every right to be happy, there's no question he's going to have to start spending some serious dough to keep certain superstars happy. This includes defensive end Nick Bosa, who very well could be the next stud to land a $100 million contract from the team.

After being taken No. 2 overall in the 2019 NFL Draft, Bosa paid back the 49ers by having an incredible first year in the league. The Ohio State product won Defensive Rookie of the Year after posting 47 tackles and a head-turning nine sacks.

The nine sacks as a first-year pro is unheard of. The scary thing is that Bosa is only going to get even better and see those numbers grow. He's already in the conversation for 2020 Defensive Player of the Year. And if that happens, he'll of course expect to be paid as one of the top players in the NFL.

Jadeveon Clowney waiting for a $100 million deal is comical. That's not the case for Bosa. This kid is the real deal and Lynch will have to empty his pockets at some point down the road to make sure he doesn't don another jersey,
