NFL Fan Cited Being a Bengals or Browns Supporter in Attempt to Get Approved for Medical Marijuana
By Michael Luciano
The Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns could easily be considered the two most toxic fanbases in the league, as Browns fans are more than fed up with their lack of winning and repeated implosions, and the Bengals are fresh off torturing their fans with a 2-14 season.
These fans might finally get some relief, if the State Medical Board of Ohio takes pity on them. One concerned/suffering fan petitioned the state to allow supporting the Browns or Bengals as a legit reason for getting medical marijuana.
It would certainly help someone who's otherwise chosen to watc Andy Dalton throw the ball 52 times, or watch the Browns find new ways with which to soil themselves.
The Bengals might be just months away from Joe Burrow, and the Browns are loaded with skill position talent, but the state of Ohio has seen just one playoff win since the beginning of the Clinton administration, and that would cause even the most grizzled Browns or Bengals fan to consider going for the illicit stuff to cure their ills.
Rooting for a team that hasn't won a playoff game since 1991, or a team that hasn't even made the playoffs in 17 years is certainly a taxing undertaking for your mental health, but help might be on the way.
